M&G Group success story
The M&G Group is a leading global manufacturer of flue gas extraction and ventilation systems. We have been supplying the M&G Group with packaging for a wide range of individual parts for 20 years. Now M&G is also replacing its previous polystyrene (EPS) and polyurethane foam (PU) fixings with sustainable Wellpappe. The most important criterion here is maximum support for the products and a plastic-free, easily disposable filling material.

The biggest challenge for Klingele's packaging experts was the different sizes of the components to be packaged.
Together, our developers from the Netherlands and Germany came up with a new design with cushions made of Wellpappe as a replacement for the synthetic filling material previously used.
- Environmentally harmful filling material is replaced by a recyclable fixation made of Wellpappe
- The product is easy to unpack from its fixation and the Wellpappe padding is easy to dispose of
- Drop tests prove that the Wellpappe variant is absolutely competitive in terms of stability and costs
- M&G received a consistently positive response from its customers to this sustainable solution
