Alternatively, select the location closest to you. This way you can also see at a glance which apprenticeships are still open.

After reviewing the applications received, the eligible candidates are invited to a written selection procedure and an interview.
Our trainers are your contacts for questions about the training programme, the vocational school, etc. They have the necessary expertise and qualifications to actively support you during your training.
Dual training takes place at two learning locations: the company and the vocational school. Depending on where you have applied, you will work in the various departments of the company at the respective location during your training and attend vocational school lessons.
In the dual study programme, training alternates between the company and the university.
Which specific vocational school you visit varies depending on the profession and training location. If the school is further away, the trainees will be accommodated in a student residence. Please get in touch with the relevant contact person - they will be happy to provide you with information.
This depends on the profession. In the case of block courses, you will be exclusively at the vocational school for a certain continuous period of time, whereas in the case of weekly vocational school lessons, you will only be at the vocational school for 1 - 2 days per week. The contact persons at the respective locations will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Simply get in touch with them.
The duration of training ranges from 2 to 3.5 years, depending on the profession. Further information can be found in the respective job description on our homepage, where the duration of training is listed.
With appropriate performance or pre-existing qualifications, it is possible to shorten the training programme by up to one year. However, this varies from location to location. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the relevant contact person, who will provide you with all the information you need.

The monthly wage is based on the collective labour agreement for the paper, cardboard and plastics processing industry. All trainees earn the same amount per year of training, regardless of the profession. You can find current wages on our website at Career > Apprenticeship for respective professions.
If there are vacancies, you will have the opportunity to continue working at Klingele after successfully passing your final examination.
Depending on the apprenticeship, there are various further training options open to you. This includes further training to become a master craftsman, technician or business administrator.
