Communication at eye level and respectful and cooperative interaction with one another are a matter of course for us. That is why all our communication always refers to everyone - regardless of gender, origin or identity. The masculine form has only been chosen in some places and in the absence of a gender-neutral formulation for reasons of easier readability. The abbreviated form is purely for editorial reasons and does not imply any judgement.
