The closing marks the official transfer of ownership of French paper mill Stracel to Blue Paper SAS. New owner Blue Paper SAS is a joint venture between the German Klingele Papierwerke and Belgian VPK Packaging Group NV. With renovation and upgrading works proceeding apace as planned, production is set to resume in the autumn.
