Sie wollen temperaturempfindliche Produkte sicher versenden, ohne zum Umweltsünder zu werden? Den Spagat bewältigen Sie mit unserer innovativen Thermoverpackung BiCOBOX spielend! BiCOBOX steht für “biological cooling box”, also biologische Kühlbox – und genau das ist sie: sie besteht aus einem Innenkarton für die zu versendenden Produkte und die Kühlelemente (Gelpacks). Holzfaser-Dämmmatten halten die Ware frisch; sie bilden außerdem einen zuverlässigen “Puffer” für zerbrechliche und druckempfindliche Produkte und damit einen sehr effektiven Schutz. Die “Außenhülle” bildet dann ein Versandkarton.
Genuine circulatory product - high insulating effect
An unbeatably effective concept: all materials are made exclusively from renewable raw materials; the BiCOBOX can be used several times, can be completely recycled and is therefore a closed-loop product. The inner and shipping boxes are made from 100% Wellpappe; the insulating material is made from renewable wood fibres, which provide a high insulating effect without the use of plastic. The gel packs are also reusable and the coolant is water-based. The BiCOBOX is available in sizes for 14, 22 or 46 litres and can also be customised in your desired size if a certain minimum quantity is required. We dispatch them flat, but also assembled on request. You can also order small quantities - from as little as 10 litres - from us. We offer standard printing for the BiCOBOX; however, customised printing is also possible from a certain quantity.
With gel packs or dry ice - ideal for fresh food
And this is how our "secret for guaranteed freshness" works: for shipping chilled products, simply include our gel packs in the packaging; you need four gel packs for a 22 litre box. For shipping frozen goods, use dry ice; it encloses your products and keeps them frozen for 48 hours. You need around 5 kg of dry ice for the 22 litre box. With its excellent insulating properties, its sustainability and the high impact resistance of the packaging, the BiCOBOX is perfect for shipping fresh food, but also pharmaceuticals or food supplements. With our BiCOBOX Mix, you can now also ship chilled and non-chilled results together, which are effectively separated thanks to a special design.
