instagrid success story

Forestry or construction work, events on greenfield sites or coping with natural disasters: The Ludwigsburg-based start-up instagrid hit a real nerve in the market with its compact Instagrid ONE emergency power generator for a mobile power supply. Customers mainly come from the construction and event industries, but Instagrid ONE has also been used during the flood disaster in the Ahr valley. It weighs 20 kg, is technically sensitive and, with a market price of around 3000 euros, is of very high quality. The transportable energy storage unit is produced in Hungary, from where it is dispatched to customers.

Our packaging concept for this "heavyweight": plastic-free and stable shipping packaging that offers reliable product protection and supports an efficient logistics chain.

Sustainable and robust concept for hazardous goods packaging

  • Security and stability of the shipping packaging in compliance with the strict UPS guidelines
  • High efficiency and sustainability of the entire supply chain
  • Sustainable, recyclable packaging
  • Sturdy shipping carton with two easily insertable pads for optimum all-round protection
  • Single-material solution using easily recyclable Wellpappe for consistent sustainability
  • Simple insertion and easy removal of the device thanks to one of the two pads
  • Easy return of the packaging to the recycling cycle
  • Direct access to the device - device can be carried in the packaging
  • Packaging offers protection and stability
  • Packaging supports service, logistics processes and customer loyalty
  • Stand out from the competition thanks to recyclable packaging - uncomplicated disposal of packaging by end customers
  • High appreciation of practical and corrugated cardboard-based packaging by sales partners
