Notice regarding a cyber incident at our Brazilian Paper Mill site

On December 21, 2025, a cyber incident was detected at the KLINGELE production site in Brazil. According to current information, this involved the unauthorized leakage of some data from the local IT network of the paper mill in Nova Campina, Brazil. Based on our findings, this data is currently being offered on the dark web. This data originates from the local network drive.

 The Brazilian site is IT and network-wise isolated from the Klingele Group's systems. We currently have no indication that any Klingele Group systems or data outside of Brazil, and therefore no customers from our Packaging division or outside of Brazil, have been affected.

Immediately after the incident became known, measures were initiated to contain and investigate the incident. We are working with external specialists and have involved the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

 Should the ongoing investigation reveal any indications that personal data of business partners may have been affected, we will inform them in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
