About us

Since September 2011, Norpack's headquarters have been strategically located in Wunsiedel (Upper Franconia) in the Fichtel Mountains, right at the heart of Europe. Every day, our approximately 100 employees produce customised packaging in small to medium runs. Our modern machinery, spacious storage areas and committed employees ensure excellent service and top quality packaging.

Our special strengths are packaging solutions with no tooling costs, individual templates, oversized packaging, multi-material packaging and short delivery times.

You need a small quantity of packaging? The smallest of series are possible at any time because of our stock of standard formats. We have designed our machines in such a way that we can produce all quantities

Outer cartons for folding boxes

We specialise in the production of corrugated boxes for manufacturers of folding boxes and plastic packaging.

  • Certification according to DIN ISO 9001
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Exact delivery quantities - even with small quantities
  • Issue of compliance certificates on request, e.g. free of mineral oil, DIBP in the corrugated cardboard etc.

Low tool costs

We produce your die-cut packaging in a flat-bed or rotary die-cutting process. Our machines allows us to produce packaging without a stripping tool. This saves time and money. We choose the most efficient and cost-effective type of production for you.

Materials and printing options

We offer you individual and demand-driven solutions.

  • One to three-colour printing. We can offer “streak-free” full-surface printing with our special flexographic printing – even over slit-scores
  • Single to triple-wall material from an F to CAA flute of 2 to 15 mm

Low-dust die-cutting

We produce your die-cut packaging in a flat-bed or rotary die-cutting process. We are able to reduce the accumulation of dust by up to 70% compared to conventional die-cutting with our special tools.

Broad-based range of materials

We develop packaging solutions with special equipment for the specific protection requirements of your product. We enhance your packaging with a wide range of materials, such as foam, film or also wood.

  • Window patching film
  • Foam and napped foam, including ESD-safe and anti-static on request
  • One-way pallets also according to the IPPC standard
  • Velcro straps, plastic handle etc.
