When you should use digital printing for your packaging
For small and medium-sized print runs in different formats
Digitally printed packaging offers considerable potential savings over other printing processes thanks to the low setup costs. You can dispense with bulk orders with large print runs and stock holding. Take advantage of the flexibility offered by our digital printing machine.
For individual packaging printed on both sides and unboxing with a wow factor
Take advantage of the option of personalisation and the use of digitally printed packaging for seasonal activities, events and special promotions. Surprise and engage your customers with individual, high-quality digitally printed packaging printed on both sides for a brilliant “unboxing” experience.
For large folding boxes, displays and promotional stands in small quantities
Folding boxes printed in a digital printing process can be easily further processed on a Boxmaker and/or inline machine. Folding boxes printed in an offset printing process are currently produced in multiple pieces and glued together. Individual displays and promotional stands can be produced cost-effectively in small print runs and with fast delivery times.

Digital printing machine
How does digital printing work and what is possible?
With digital printing, the print image is transferred directly from a file or a data stream on a computer to the printing machine. In comparison to offset printing or flexo printing, no static or fixed print form is needed. Expensive additional costs, for example, for creating printing plates and setting up the printing machine, are therefore not incurred with this process.
Thanks to the good print quality and the high resolution, digital printing is excellent for the superior and cost-effective printing of packaging, folding boxes, shipping cartons and displays.
